Today and yesterday we did some fitness we did some cross country. Cross country is when you run around in laps like an obstacle or like in the Olympics while we where running we used our muscles to run but we had to checked if our shoelaces were tied up. I got tired while running a long way round I ran two laps when I was nearly done to finish my second lap I felt kind of like vomiting. After I was done and I came back to class to sit down on the mat I couldn't sit down because my legs were sore also my back was also sore that is why I had to force myself to bend my legs it hurted kind of but I still forced myself to sit on the mat.
